Parts Counterperson

Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, including pulling and filling orders from stock, reviewing body shop estimates for accuracy, and setting up orders for daily shipment. Communicate with customers on parts status and provide price quotes while answering phone calls. Maintain weekly bin checks to ensure stock accuracy, notify the manager of out-of-stock items, and locate parts from outside sources if necessary. Ensure all internal requests are billed correctly and receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization. Requires a high school diploma, experience with auto parts sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
