Job Summary
Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, including wholesale transactions, parts delivery, and online store support. Work the counter to cashier customers, pull and ship orders, and check in/receipt incoming stock. Respond to phone calls, emails, and faxes, while placing replenishment orders with the manufacturer and ensuring daily paperwork reaches the office. Put away replenishment stock and assist technicians with accurate parts sourcing. Schedule includes Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Sat from 8a-5p or 9a-6p. Compensation is $3k per month plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year dealership parts department or parts retail outlet experience
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED

- 2 years dealership parts department or parts retail outlet experience
- DealerTrack experience
- CDK or Reynolds experience
- Deep understanding of automobiles
