Job Summary
Experienced automotive dealership Parts Counterperson needed to assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts lookups and orders, process special orders, returns, and warranty transactions, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You will support daily operations with the service and sales departments, help with inventory management and cycle counts, and provide strong customer service to both retail and wholesale customers.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership parts experience required
- CDK experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and catalog systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license required
