Job Summary
Parts Counterperson to manage the parts sales process from start to finish, assist customers and internal staff with parts inquiries and purchases, locate and source parts not in stock with the Parts Manager, process special-order requests, provide updates on parts status and availability, deliver friendly and professional customer service, and ensure compliance with safety policies and automotive regulations. The role emphasizes customer-focused service, strong communication, organization, and a willingness to learn and grow within the Bob Loquercio Auto Group.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous automotive parts experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
