Parts Counterperson - BMW OF FAIRFAX

Coordinate daily parts deliveries by checking with the parts manager, wholesale representative, and body shop to determine immediate needs. Verify invoices match purchase orders, check payments, and request recipient signatures while maintaining an accurate log of all deliveries and pick-ups. Unload the truck nightly, handle basic maintenance including fuel and oil checks, and report any accidents or major repairs immediately. Assist with stocking orders, managing customer car drop-offs and pick-ups, and maintaining the professional appearance of the department. Follow all safety policies and procedures strictly.
