Job Summary
Oversee the sales of parts from start to finish, working with the Parts Manager to locate any parts not in stock and aid in completing special order requests. Communicate with customers and staff regarding parts status while maintaining all company safety policies and federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a team player attitude. Sundays off is included in the schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in-person and over the phone
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic personality with a team player attitude
