Parts Counter
Job Summary
Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish while delivering excellent service to internal and external customers. Read and understand parts catalogs to accurately look up parts; answer phone calls with price quotes and information; review shop estimates for correct parts and pricing; pull and fill orders from stock; perform weekly bin checks for inventory accuracy; notify the Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts; locate replacements from outside sources and submit emergency orders when needed; ensure all internal parts requests are billed on service repair orders; receive payments or obtain credit authorization; set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pickup; training and growth opportunities across Maus Automotive Group's Tampa locations.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and other basic math functions
