Parts Counter/ Stock Controller

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing parts, place special orders, and provide accurate pricing and product information. Read manuals to determine correct part specifications, issue parts to the service department and body shop, and order out-of-stock items. Maintain organized inventory through stocktaking and control, while supporting the Workshop Supervisor, Sales Team, and Service Team as required. Answer telephone calls promptly and resolve customer concerns when necessary. Adhere to Safeguards rules, company policies, and core values, and participate in required training programs.
