Parts Counter Specialist - Park Place Lexus Plano - Plano, TX

Sell parts to all customers over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone. Assist retail and shop customers in selecting required parts, inform them of companion part requirements, and ensure exposure to the full product line. Answer incoming calls and counter inquiries to provide price quotes and information. Review body shop estimates to verify ordered parts and pricing, pull and fill orders from stock, and ensure all parts are tagged with customer names and job numbers. Notify the parts manager of out-of-stock items or shop materials needing immediate attention, and track special orders and aging. Follow up on back-ordered parts, replenish assigned inventory daily, and maintain a prompt flow of paperwork. Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization, and assist outside sales representatives with their orders.
