Parts Counter Specialist - Motorcycles of Charlotte

Greet customers immediately and work directly with walk-in and telephone clients to determine and supply parts and accessories. Point out sales, specials, or new merchandise, accept cash and credit card payments, and maintain accurate cash register records. Conduct periodic physical inventory of all merchandise, ensure displays are stocked and clean, and maintain updated customer mailing lists. Become efficient with the computer system for P&A management, interface with service technicians to meet their parts needs, and recommend related parts while supplying cost information on repair orders. Update the inventory control system and parts catalogue, keeping the department clean and inventory neatly stacked. Work Tuesday through Saturday for a minimum of eight hours per day.
