Parts Counter Specialist

Greet customers in person, by phone, and online to identify parts needs and process orders. Collaborate on solutions, complete sales, and place machine and stock orders as requested. Process parts requests for internal and external customers while assisting with merchandise displays, cycle counts, and physical inventory. Maintain excellent attendance and handle high-volume inquiries with timely follow-up. Recent computer use with dealership software and parts/inventory systems experience is a plus.
