Job Summary
Sell parts to retail, shop, and phone customers by assisting in selection, providing quotes, and explaining companion parts and specials. Review body shop estimates to verify ordered parts and pricing, then pull and fill orders from stock while tagging them with customer names and job numbers. Notify the manager of out-of-stock items or special orders, follow up on back-ordered parts, and replenish assigned inventory daily. Maintain accurate paperwork, ensure internal requests are billed correctly, and receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization. Assist outside sales representatives with orders. This role supports Asbury Automotive Group's vision of becoming the most guest-centric automotive retailer. Bi-lingual skills and CDK proficiency are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background and drug test)
- Strong computer & phone skills
- Proficient in CDK
- Degree in automotive technology or military equivalent experience
- Bi-lingual
