Job Summary
Parts Counter Specialist at ASCO Equipment in Little Elm, TX. You will aid customers and in-house service technicians with parts needs, coordinate ordering/tracking of parts, and manage inventory to minimize equipment downtime. Responsibilities include identifying machine make/model/serial numbers, fulfilling orders from in-stock inventory or placing orders as needed, matching orders to packing slips, collecting customer payments/POs, and referencing online manuals or microfiche to correctly identify parts. Strong emphasis on providing superior service over the phone and walk-in, with attention to accuracy, speed, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a parts specialist is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced/high volume dealership
- Detail oriented, time management, and teamwork skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, and experience with G-Suite & other parts programs
- A personal dedication to work safety and with accountability
