Parts Counter Specialist

Greet customers and assist in finding the parts they need; recommend products tailored to each customer’s needs; maintain a clean, organized retail area; resolve customer concerns professionally; provide accurate parts information and follow procedures; build strong customer relationships through excellent service; supports mission of making farming easier and more productive. Requires 1+ year of experience in the agriculture parts business, a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications, strong listening and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs, with extended hours on a computer.
