Parts Counter Shipping & Receiving

Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, including answering calls, providing price quotes, and reviewing body shop estimates to verify parts and pricing. Pull and fill orders from stock, maintain weekly bin checks, and ensure all internal requests are billed on service repair orders. Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization, while placing daily parts orders and stocking incoming shipments. Match purchase orders and invoices, approve them, and forward documentation to the accounting office. Assist in preparing for and performing annual parts inventory, and maintain up-to-date parts price lists.
