Parts Counter Salesperson

Promotes and sells products and/or services in the Parts department to meet customer needs, provides in-store customer service, and handles product receiving and stocking. Supports service technicians with parts, assists with merchandise displays, verifies receipting of shipments, and helps place machine down and stock orders in inventory locations. Keeps the department clean and orderly, follows up on shortages, and expedites issues to management. Maintains departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles, uses the John Deere Parts Catalog, and thrives in a team environment. Requires basic data-entry skills, basic parts and machinery knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs; forklift license is preferred. A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
