Job Summary
Greet and assist guests with a service-focused attitude, suggest additional products to enhance the buying and riding experience, review pending special orders and follow up on ETA, maintain the sales floor and specific sections, ensure proper handover of guests from motorcycle sales personnel, assist with returns or exchanges, achieve minimum AI sales goals by utilizing all resources, participate in online OEM and product training, serve as back-up cashier, monitor inventory and report suspicious activity, stay current on model-year protective gear, continually review selling and closing techniques, prepare stations with catalogs for efficiency, communicate inventory improvement ideas, assist with S.O. pick-ups, process warranty claims on products.
