Job Summary
Sell, stock, receive, and deliver parts and accessories while providing in-store customer service. Monitor inventory shortages, expedite processes, and ensure inventory control practices are followed. Work with vendors, alternate resources, and internal teams to maintain an organized parts department and warehouse. Assist customers over the phone and face-to-face with ordering and researching parts for John Deere and other equipment sold in the territory. Monday through Friday 1st shift with Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Provide robust customer service to internal and external customers
- Basic computer skills
- High Energy, and positive attitude
- Good computer research skills
- Strong customer Service Skills
- Excellent oral communication and written skills
- Strong organizational skills
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service
- Experience with John Deere Equipment
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand
- Ability to sit
- Ability to talk
- Ability to hear
- Ability to use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and telephone
- Close vision requirements
- Sufficient hearing ability to communicate with others in person or over the phone
- Light to moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds)
