Parts Counter Sales- Subaru

Sells parts to all customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone. Assists customers in selecting required parts, informs them of companion parts and specials, and answers phone calls for price quotes. Reviews body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing, pulls and fills orders from stock, and locates out-of-stock items for emergency orders. Notifies the parts manager, service advisor, and customer regarding special orders and deliveries, then pulls orders for the body shop with proper tagging. Follows up on back-ordered parts and completes other tasks as assigned. Full-time position in Hanover, PA.
