Parts Counter Sales Representative at Ascendance Truck Centers sells parts over the counter, via shop and by phone, assists customers in selecting parts, provides pricing quotes, handles orders, checks against estimates, coordinates with body shop and service teams, manages back-orders and deliveries, maintains stock and invoicing, supports outside sales, and participates in training while upholding a professional appearance and delivering high service levels.
Required Qualifications
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
