Job Summary
Assist customers in finding parts, answer questions, and follow up on orders to ensure quick fulfillment. Supply service technicians with necessary components to complete work accurately and on time. Receive, stock, and organize parts while maintaining a clean and welcoming parts counter area. This role requires 1-3 years of experience in a parts department, strong customer service skills, and comfort with data entry. Applicants must be willing to work weekends and extended hours, and possess the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A chauffeur's driver's license is highly recommended.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years in a parts department or related field
- A friendly and professional communicator who enjoys solving problems and providing exceptional service to customers
- Comfortable with data entry and basic computer skills, including navigation and internet usage
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members to keep operations running smoothly
- Willing to work some weekends and extended hours as needed
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable bending, lifting, kneeling, and standing for long periods
- Exposure to chemicals and machinery parts
Desired Qualifications
