Parts Counter Sales | Hourly - Tuttle-Click Capistrano Ford

Parts Counter Salesperson needed to support high-volume service and retail operations at Tuttle-Click Capistrano Ford. Responsibilities include assisting technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts inquiries and purchases; accurately identify, price, and invoice parts using dealership software; maintain knowledge of Ford parts, accessories, and supersessions; ensure timely fulfillment of parts requests to support service department efficiency; stock, organize, and maintain parts inventory and counter area; handle phone and in-person customer requests professionally and promptly; adhere to dealership processes, safety guidelines, and manufacturer requirements. Required skills include strong automotive parts knowledge, excellent communication and customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. 18+ and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
