Parts Counter Sales (Agriculture and Light Construction Equipment)

Identify parts using manufacturer diagrams and dealer systems, then order, receive, and fill customer orders from stock for agriculture and light construction equipment. Prepare computerized invoices, process payments, and obtain credit authorizations while advising customers on substitutions when replacements are unavailable. Ship parts to technicians and vendors, pick up and deliver items as needed, and examine returned merchandise to determine defects or refunds. Maintain stockroom and showroom accuracy, track lost sales, control expenses, and conduct periodic inventory checks. Cross-train to assist service operations as required.
