Parts Counter Sales

Sell, receive, and deliver parts and accessories while handling the entire transactional process, including looking up, pulling, and loading out inventory. Manage the non-Deere inventory process by receipting parts from vendors, marking up prices to ensure gross margin, and stocking the showroom as needed. Supply service technicians with required parts, verify shipment receipts, and assist with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders. Listen and record customer needs or sales leads, assist in auditing customer orders, and expedite shortages by reporting to the Parts Manager. Maintain a clean and orderly parts department, prepare merchandise displays, and lift items up to 75 lbs. Represent Western Equipment with respect and diligence, utilizing basic data entry skills and parts knowledge in a team environment. A forklift license is preferred.
