Parts Counter Representative responsible for interacting with walk-in and call-in customers to sell parts, manage shipping/receiving, stock shelves, and maintain showroom merchandising. Requires ability to lift up to 75 lbs, operate a forklift (training provided), develop product knowledge, and contribute to achieving financial targets. Role emphasizes customer service, parts inventory, and collaboration with the team to support Monroe Tractor’s parts department across multiple locations in the Northeast.
