Parts Counter Representative

Sells industry-related parts over the counter, by phone, email, or in person while providing superior customer service. Assists internal and external customers in obtaining required parts, provides accurate price quotes, and makes outbound sales calls. Develops and grows assigned accounts, up-sells related parts, and issues credit for returned goods. Pulls orders for customers, helps load parts into vehicles, and manages inventory through cycle counts and replenishment. Maintains records of repair orders and invoices, coordinates shipments, and processes monthly vendor returns. Participates in training programs to stay current on products and demonstrates competency in parts learning systems. Reviews open-order reports and closes or voids invoices within 60 days. Requires 12 months of truck parts experience and ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
