Parts Counter Representative

Sells industry-related parts over the counter, via phone, email, or in person while providing superior customer service. Assists internal and external customers in obtaining required parts, provides accurate price quotes, and makes outbound sales calls to develop and grow accounts. Up-sells customers with related parts, issues credit for returned goods, and makes informed decisions regarding credit compliance. Pulls orders, loads parts into vehicles, and manages inventory through cycle counts, out-of-stock notifications, and replenishment ordering. Maintains accurate records of repair orders, invoices, and special orders; coordinates shipment, delivery, or pick-up. Reviews open-order reports, closes or voids invoices within 60 days, and inspects cores for monthly vendor returns. Requires 12 months of truck parts experience and demonstrates competency in parts learning systems from PACCAR, Cummins, and other providers.
