Job Summary
Process parts orders accurately, ensuring correct selection and adherence to delivery timelines while collaborating with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels. Greet and assist customers at the counter, providing technical guidance on diesel parts and handling returns to create positive interactions. Locate parts from vendors for shop jobs, generate sales and inventory reports, and maintain organized transaction records. Stay updated on new diesel technologies to provide accurate information and build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and suppliers. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., supporting JX's commitment to excellence in the diesel industry.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- 3 years of Automotive or truck parts related experience
- Understands and can identify common commodity parts
- Able to perform accurate cycle-counts
- Able to order and check-in parts orders
- Intermediate Computer skills
- Able to work independently
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50lbs
- Must be able to lift or carry up to 100lbs
