Parts Counter Representative (Bilingual- Spanish)

Assist all customers in selecting required parts over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone while informing them of companion part requirements and specials. Answer phone calls to provide price quotes and other information, then receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization. Notify the parts manager of out-of-stock parts needing immediate attention and follow up on back-ordered items. Ensure all charge sales are signed and that every customer receives their invoice copy. Maintain current knowledge of new products and product updates by participating in available training programs. This bilingual role requires a high school graduate with at least three years of experience in auto or truck parts, with a focus on standing all day, lifting 60 lbs, and working in a warehouse environment with flexible hours and overtime availability.
