Parts Counter Rep

Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, communicating with customers on parts status and providing price quotes. Review body shop estimates to ensure ordered parts are correct and pricing aligns with estimates. Maintain weekly bin checks for stock accuracy, order out-of-stock parts, and locate items from outside sources for emergency orders. Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up, and ensure all internal requests are billed on service repair orders. Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization. Read and understand parts catalogs, and answer phone calls while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor. Requires flexible scheduling to move between GMC and CDJR campuses, with reliable transportation needed.
