Job Summary
Full-Time Parts Counter Person at Voss Hyundai responsible for serving as the primary contact between the parts and service departments for the sale of parts and accessories. You will have direct customer contact at the parts counter, during service appointments, and on the phone, work daily with suppliers and your team to ensure parts/tools availability, perform daily cashing out, and maintain orderly records for repair orders, insurance estimates, and special orders. The role includes ongoing training to stay current with in-house and manufacturers' standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with parts systems
