Job Summary
Customer-focused Parts Counter Person responsible for overseeing retail and wholesale parts sales, locating out-of-stock parts, completing special order part requests, processing quotes and orders at the front counter, answering wholesale/retail phone calls, and communicating with customers and staff. Role requires accurate parts identification, basic computer skills for sales/inventory, strong customer service, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and collaboration with FORD and other vendors. Based at our Temple, TX location and backed up by the Quick Lane parts department.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a parts sales counter person or similar role
- Must have valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to identify automotive or equipment parts accurately
- Basic computer skills for processing sales and inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
