Job Summary
Parts Counter Person responsible for overseeing the parts sales process from customer inquiry to locating the needed part and invoicing, assisting the parts manager with locating non-stock items, handling special order parts, communicating status to customers, and performing duties as assigned while acting as a backup to the stocking clerk. Requires strong customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organizational and time management skills, professional appearance, proficiency with computers, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus; valid driver’s license required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
- Experience with auto parts sales preferred
- Valid and current Driver's License with ability to maintain a good driving record
