Job Summary
Parts Counter Person responsible for overseeing the parts sales process from customer inquiry to locating the part and invoicing the customer, working with the parts manager to locate parts not in stock, completing special-order parts requests, and communicating status to customers. The role also involves notifying customers upon delivery, serving as a backup to the stocking clerk, communicating with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner, following all safety policies, and complying with applicable regulations. The position emphasizes customer service, fast-paced environment navigation, organizational and time-management skills, and proficiency with computer systems; Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus and a valid driver’s license is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid and current Driver's License with ability to maintain a good driving record
- Experience with auto parts sales preferred
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
