Job Summary
Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment, meet sales and gross profit goals, and order parts according to dealership procedures. Resolve customer problems, provide written quotes, and process core/warranty claims per company guidelines. Maintain special order parts for the service department and keep the work area clean and safe. Complete ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes. Schedule is Monday-Friday 4 pm - 9 pm. This part-time role supports the Hagerstown Freightliner dealership, leveraging Transteck's extensive inventory and state-of-the-art facilities to serve customers across the North East.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must pass background & criminal records check
- Must pass physical exam
- Must pass drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- One-Two years sales experience preferred
