Job Summary
GM Parts Counter Specialist to assist retail and wholesale customers and service technicians in identifying and ordering correct GM parts, oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, respond to pricing and availability inquiries, and coordinate with the body shop to ensure timely delivery. Must be able to pull, stage, and fulfill parts from inventory, communicate status to customers, and use the electronic parts catalog. Prior GM parts and CDK experience is preferred; strong computer, phone, and customer-service abilities are essential. This full-time role in Ballston Spa, NY includes health, dental, vision, 401k, paid sick leave, life and disability insurance, and a monthly bonus opportunity.
