Job Summary
Assist clients, technicians, and wholesale customers in identifying and ordering required parts while providing accurate pricing, availability, and compatibility information. Monitor stock levels, process orders using dealership systems, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely parts availability. Serve as the primary contact for parts inquiries, maintaining records of sales, returns, and warranty claims. Build strong relationships with internal staff and external clients, promoting specials and accessories in the retail area. Follow dealership and manufacturer policies to uphold Cadillac brand standards in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in dealership management systems and inventory software
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in an automotive parts role preferred
