Parts Counter II at Larry H Miller Dodge Ram Avondale: Sell auto parts to retail and shop customers over the counter, by phone, and for shop use. Provide friendly, professional assistance in selecting required parts, inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, review shop estimates for pricing alignment, pull and fill stock orders, notify teams of out-of-stock items, ensure parts are tagged with customer names and job numbers, follow ordering and aging policies, manage back-order processes, and maintain timely paperwork. Support outside sales with orders. Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, work in a fast-paced environment, and leverage strong computer and phone skills (MS Outlook); CDK knowledge is a plus. Education required includes a degree in automotive technology or military equivalent experience; bilingual ability is a plus; candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and pass pre-employment screening.
