Parts Counter II - Coggin Ford Jacksonville

Sell parts to all customers over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone while assisting them in selecting required parts and informing them of companion part requirements. Answer incoming phone calls and counter inquiries to provide price quotes and other information as needed. Review body shop estimates to ensure ordered parts are correct and pricing aligns with the estimate. Pull and fill orders from stock, tag parts with customer names and job numbers, and notify the parts manager of out-of-stock items or special order arrivals. Follow up on back-ordered parts, replenish assigned inventory daily, and maintain a prompt flow of paperwork. Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization, and assist outside sales representatives with their orders.
