Job Summary
Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts and accessories; provide expert advice and recommendations on parts and accessories; process sales transactions efficiently and accurately; maintain an organized and well-stocked parts inventory; collaborate with service and sales departments to fulfill internal parts orders and support dealership operations; respond promptly to customer inquiries in person, by phone, or email; stay informed about new products, industry trends, and advancements in parts and accessories; handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies; assist in preparing and conducting parts promotions and sales events to drive business growth; maintain a clean and professional parts counter area.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive or machinery industry
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and support in a retail or parts environment
- Experience with inventory management systems and processes is highly desirable
