Parts Counter

Determine needs and accurately specify parts, then create and modify purchase orders to issue them to vendors. Record warranty returns, create special orders on the dealership computer, and review tracking for received items. Process and close open invoices by comparing them against requisitions to verify quality and quantity. Maintain records of outside purchases and perform ongoing warehouse parts inventory. Attend weekly department meetings. Requires one year of dealership warehouse experience and a high school diploma or GED. Compensation is based on experience.
