Job Summary
Determine needs and accurately specify parts, then create and modify purchase orders to issue them to vendors. Record warranty returns, create special orders in the dealership system, and notify technicians or clients upon receipt. Review special order tracking, process and close invoices, and compare documents against requisitions to verify quality and quantity. Maintain records of outside purchases and parts received and issued, while performing ongoing warehouse parts inventory. Attend weekly department meetings.
