Parts Counter Associate

Process orders, quote prices, and enter orders into the system while assisting equipment customers with parts needed for maintenance and repair. Pull orders for outbound shipments, maintain cleanliness of the parts stockroom and warehouse, and ensure merchandise displays are stocked. Perform inventory control functions including receiving inventory, bin locating, and cycle counts. Provide technical advice, troubleshoot, and help resolve customer problems by demonstrating knowledge of products and their applications. Refer complex, unusual problems to a supervisor as required.
