Job Summary
Parts Counter Associate at Wagner Equipment Co. — responsible for selling parts to customers in the Parts Counter, locating parts using automated systems, processing orders and credits, maintaining notes and organization, assisting service shops and customers, answering phone calls promptly, providing leads to service teams, handling backorders with proper instructions, and supporting the supervisor on projects. Requires strong parts knowledge, customer service, and sales skills; requires high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of parts, administrative/clerical, customer service, and sales experience. Pay rate ranges from $20.00 to $35.00 per hour, with education and experience influencing final pay. Workplace is indoors and outdoors with physical demands including standing, walking, talking, lifting up to 32 pounds, and the ability to use ladders. Location: Bloomfield, NM, USA.
