Job Summary
Entry Level Parts Counter Associate at a Massillon, OH dealership responsible for assisting technicians with locating and ordering parts, responding to customer requests, communicating backorders and alternatives, verifying availability and price, supplying parts from stock or procuring as directed, monitoring order status, maintaining inventory, loading/unloading freight with forklift, shipping/receiving freight, greeting customers, and upholding a professional appearance and work ethic. Requires a High School degree or equivalent, mechanical aptitude or automotive/truck experience, ability to lift 25-50 pounds, good communication skills, and a high-energy attitude. CDK experience is preferred; GM/CDJR or dealership experience is preferred; forklift certification is preferred.
