Job Summary
The Parts Counter Associate II is responsible for selling parts to customers, including assisting with inquiries and providing price quotes. Key responsibilities include reviewing orders for accuracy, maintaining inventory, managing paperwork flow, and ensuring timely communication with customers and the parts manager. Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Required qualifications include strong communication skills, a valid Driver’s License, and the ability to pass a background and drug test. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in CDK and bilingual skills.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook)
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background and drug test)
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in CDK is a plus
- Bi-lingual is always a plus!
