Parts Counter Associate II - Nalley Hyundai

Sell parts to retail and shop customers over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone by selecting required items and informing clients of companion part requirements and specials. Answer incoming calls and counter inquiries, provide price quotes, and review body shop estimates to ensure ordered parts and pricing align. Pull and fill orders from stock, tag parts with customer names and job numbers, and notify the manager of out-of-stock items or special orders. Follow up on back-ordered parts, replenish inventory daily, and maintain timely paperwork flow. Receive payments from retail customers or obtain credit authorizations, assist outside sales representatives with orders, and verify will-call and back-order files weekly. Requires proficiency in CDK, strong computer and phone skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
