Job Summary
Parts Counter Associate delivers exceptional customer service by helping customers select automotive parts, provides information on related parts and promotions, handles price quotes and parts pricing, processes retail transactions, manages inventory and orders, and maintains organized front and rear counter areas while collaborating with team members. Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and a collaborative team player with interest in learning automotive parts and systems; previous dealership or related experience is preferred; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass background/drug screening; includes benefits, training, and potential commission.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen
- A valid driver's license
