Job Summary
Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts selection, pricing, and availability while supporting service technicians by sourcing and supplying accurate parts in a timely manner. Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and invoicing for all sales. Maintain accurate inventory records, manage transactions using CDK, and keep the counter and storage area organized. Stay up to date on BMW parts and product changes to contribute to meeting department sales goals. This role requires previous automotive parts experience, familiarity with BMW systems, and strong communication skills within a fast-paced dealership environment.

- Strong knowledge of automotive components and systems
- Basic computer proficiency
