Job Summary
Manage the Parts Department by assisting customers with vehicle parts inquiries, locating specific components using electronic catalogs and dealership software, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment to keep customers moving. Coordinate with technicians to provide the right parts the first time while maintaining strong organizational skills and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Prioritize customer service interactions and utilize computer systems to track inventory and process transactions efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
